What is the ideal time to go ?
Spring from March to mid-June
and autumn from mid-September to November. Summer is definitely too
hot to hike in the Calanques and the whole range might be closed for
risk of forest fire.
Am I
fit enough to join ?
Definitely yes! We have different levels of difficulty for every trek and a high level of fitness is not necessary if you want to discover the Calanques. We can always bespoke the tour you chose to fit your level and experience.Regular hiker whose goal is not the physical performance but the pleasure of the discovery or well trained moutain trekker we have something for you!

How many people can join the group ?
For legal reasons we cannot take more than 14 persons per guide. There can be more than one guide if needed.
How to book a hike ?

What shall I bring ?
To hike in the Calanques you will need:
-Good hiking shoes
-Clothes depending on the season
-A minimum of 2 L of water per person
-A picnic
-Solar protection and a hat /cap
-Bathing suits if you plan to enjoy the water (not possible on every hike)
How to get there ?
Once you've made a reservation we'll send you all the information you need to get to the starting point on time. Every hike is easily accessible with public transportation from central Marseille.
